Presentations play an important role in many different areas such as in school or in the business world. Many times people often use the main stream presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides. Recently I have found a new online presentation tool called Emaze.  Simply select any of the professionally designed free presentation templates to easily create an amazing visual experience for your audience. Emaze can be used to make slideshows, video presentations as well as 3D presentations. Emaze is easy to use due to the fact that you can use templates that are already made for the user. Emaze is cloud based which means that your presentation can be accessed from anywhere while online. Emaze is also multi-device access which means that you can view and edit your presentation on any computer, tablet, laptop, or even a smartphone. Business Review, Emaze is great for business use. Emaze offers a presentation template called, marketing strategy, this template makes it easy to present ideas that can help your business. Emaze also offers a template called Finance HD, this template can be very helpful in the business world because it will help you organize your financial information and show it to people if you need to. The only negative aspect of Emaze for business purposes is that there is not a wide variety of templates that you can use. Educational Review, Emaze is great for educational use, you can go on the website and find information about many different topics. It is easy to use if you are asked to make a presentation on a given topic. You do not need a flash drive to save it to because you can access the presentation from almost any device such as smartphones, computers, or laptops. Although Emaze sounds like a great site to use for presentations it does have one negative aspect. All presentations can be viewed by anyone so people might try to find a presentation that is on the same topic as them and then they can steal the information that the other person has already put in their presentation. All in all, Emaze is a rising online presentation site that is great for many reasons.

Google Drive is a personal cloud storage service from Google that lets users store and synchronize digital content across computers and many other devices such as smart phones and tablets. Business Review,  Google drive can be very helpful in the world of business. This personal cloud storage service can help make presentation and papers much easier for the user. Google Drive offers a finance page, a written document page, and even a new feature called "Google My Business", these many different features can help your business prosper in many ways. A downfall to the business aspect of Google drive is that there is no app for it so you can not easily access documents from your phone with out using the internet. Another downfall is that incase you ever loose your Gmail password you won't be able to access your drive account because it is all connected through your email account. Social Review, Google drive offers a chat feature that allows you to talk to others and even share documents, presentations, etc. Google Drive also offers a feature called blogger which is used to create blogs where people can communicate with others. Lastly there is a feature called Groups which lets you create groups that can be used to talk about a certain topic or situation that needs discussion. Google drive was not created for social and communication purposes but mainly for work related subjects. News Review, Google Drive offers a feature called News. This feature is a great way to find out daily news. It also has a feature where you can like a topic whether it be science, religion, or even political and this liked topic will then be the majority of news that your feed shows. The news page also shows sports scores and even weather updates in the region that you live in. The only downfall to this news aspect of Google Drive is that there is only one application for it and there isn't any other features in Google Drive that updates you on the daily news. Recreational Review, Google Drive offers a feature called Play this feature allows you to play games and go on social media sights such as instagram and twitter. Google drive also offers a feature called Shopping which allows you to go online shopping through Google. The one downfall to this shopping feature is that there is not many options of clothing items to choose from.

LinkedIn is a business-oriented social networking service, it is mainly used for professional networking. This website is used by many people around the world. This website currently has 300 million members in over 200 countries around the world. The large number of users is pretty impressive due to the fact that this company was started in the co-founders (Reid Hoffman) living room in 2003. The main goal for this company is to connect business professionals that work in the same field to make them more successful in there job field. Business Review,   many say that this is the best online professional networking system that is out there today. There is great job boards as well as the endless amount of opportunities that can be found by browsing this sight. The downfall in the business aspect of linked in is that there can be excessive fraud account emails that you might receive on a daily basis and also most link requests are just "sales" pitches. Linked in provides a limited amount of interactivity unless in the "answers" section. Social Review, linked in is a great way to meet people and even get connected with people in the same job field as you. The one downfall in the social aspect of linked in is that it is often linked to your Facebook page so you must be careful about what you post online because it can effect you in the long run. Entertainment Review, on linked in you can get connected and follow TV shows and see other things going on in the entertainment world. The bad part about this is that if you follow to many things your linked in account will get spammed and instead of being used for business purposes it will turn into more of a leisure time for the user. News Review, Linked in is great to find updates about local news and even worldwide news. You can follow news accounts and receive all types of updates whenever you look onto your account. The one problem with this is that there can be fake news accounts that can present you with false information. Recreational Review, Linked in is great for recreational use you can message people and get to meet many people that maybe aren't in the same job field as you. The one bad part about this is that you need to make sure that you aren't talking to fake people that might be trying to spam you. All in all linked in is a great social media website to use it can help you find great job opportunity's and meet new people but like anything else on line be careful with what you choose to post because it will be out there forever.
